Absolutely great experience! Contacted Four Brothers to purchase a new zero turn and got a quick response from Juan with the information I was seeking. The sale was taken over by David who was prompt with setting up a delivery and great to speak with. The delivery was on time with only one minor hiccup. The back of the seat had a minor tear in it. I sent a picture to David who immediately apologized and advised he would get me a new seat cover ASAP. Within ten minutes David contacted me again to advise that the cover had been ordered and was on the way. That’s customer service you just don’t see very often anymore!
